Re: Insurance recommenations

Tried the companies suggested in this thread and so far both cars are too modern for some, others although helpful were too expensive.
No word back from Dan at Adrian Flux re trying to unravel their quote.
Classic Line have a good quote but best for both cars is from AIB who give discount for Pistonheads members.
Anyone used them and have feedback?

Hi Five Red,

Thanks for the post and I will investigate why we haven't re-emailed the quotation.

If it's any easier I can get someone to give you a call?

Kind Regards,

Dan

I'm with Admiral multi-car and have had nothing but great service for a number of years now. Very Happy
It always needs a phone call to "review" the pricing but that's just insurance these days, they all want as much as possible AND keep the customer. I'm prepared to make that 20 minute phone call each year Thumbs up

Agree totally with 666VET, i also have been with with Admiral for4 years now, no other broker or ins company has been able to come close and yes 20min phone call is well worth the effort.

I'm with Admiral too, but when I got the Corvette a year and a half ago they couldn't add it onto the policy. So its on a separate classic car policy. Admiral are good with their multicar though, as it works out nice and cheap - i had my 3 other cars with them.

I've just had the usual insurance chase around. In the end i had a cracking quote from Brentacre. They were half the price of all the others.

As usual, every year its worth trying everyone and their brother as you never know who will throw up a decent quote.

Just renewal through, only gone up a little bit.
I have moved house to a much better area now and added a CAI.
Renewal stayed the same.
So off to see the meerkat, long story short, a waste of time really
although top quote was over 7500!!!

Looked here and picked Brentacre to have a go, came in nearly 100
less than the renewal.
Now insured through Brentacre Smile

Hi,
I insure both my 71 & 67 thru Bewiser & the 71 costs only 140 per year.
