The Music kind!! I have a standard Bose Gold in my 94. Q: Can the head unit be changed but keep the Amp & speakers. They work perfectly

Yes, 'cept if its like the '96 LT4 I had the amps are actually on the individual speakers! You can buy a bit of kit from the US which acts as a stepdown transformer from your new head unit. Look for www.pac-audio.com from memory.
Clarion do a double din head unit or atleast they did which fits in the hole and will give you UK radio etc.

Thanks vetteheadracer for the reply.Bin having a look at that site with the interface gizmo. Did u have to wire the new unit to the plug, or do all new aftermarket units have the same connector?

I would bin the original amps as they are the most unreliable part of the setup
