Tue 17 Nov 09 15:39 Re: Oil Pan I bought a low profile circle track sump (as my car is low) and modified it myself, it was cheap and Shite, made it fit in the end but it's the last time i'm buying a non branded cheap sump or anything for that matter, it's unlike me to cheapskate on parts and the one time i did it bit me

Sat 21 Nov 09 21:23 Re: Oil Pan I have found a great way to remove dents to to use a large ball pein hammer in a vice with the round side up. You then use another hammer to dress the dent back out. If you're not careful of course you will end up with a pigs ear! But the beauty is you can always use the flat side of your new ball pein hammer to beat the crap out of your handy work just prior to ordering a new one. Made me feel better.
