When I was talking to opie oils they said the UK mobil 1 was different to the USA version ?? so what oil do other members use on LT1 corvettes regards Nick

I phoned opie oils again and they said that mobil 1 in the USA contains Ester and the UK version does not? they then went on to say try Red line or Fuchs ?? which does contain Ester so I would be interested to see what other owners do, as to be honest I was just going to drop in Mobil 1 from Halfords as its local to me. regards Nick

UK climate is so mild there's plenty of leeway. -------------------- My Corvette was red!

His is the US 5w30 and is the only oil I put in my '96!
