My preference for a PM was to outline to Lisa my experiences as I know the rules within the club can be quite sensitive when referring to suppliers.

But just to put the records straight................. since buying my vette 4 years ago I have used Dart for all my requirements including steering, diff, suspension, auto box & even a new engine. I wouldn't keep going back unless I was satisfied with their work, knowledge & customer service.

I personally have never had a problem with their phones & find that Steve is excellent in responding to emails.

Just wish there was a Corvette specialist to the West of London !!

My experiance of Dart has only been good. I would give them a go, Knowledgeable and did what was asked. Went the extra mile when I needed it. Can only speak as I find.

I brought my 1980 C3 c13yrs ago now and for the first 11yrs took it to Dart every year for a pre MOT check and the odd Caliper change. Steve was always above n beyond when it came to customer service. They always gave an honest opinion of the car and if any work was required, they never tried to talk me into additional unnecessary work. Sometimes they even carried out the odd tweak without charging.

If it was not for the distance and cost of fuel I would keep on going to them and recommend them to any Vette owner.

In the last two years I have used Dave Clarke at Autopics, Rustington, Nr Littlehampton, W.Sussex. Again a great guy, impeccable premises, C3 owner, member of the Sussex Region and used by many local Vette owners for all types of work. Again thoroughly recommend Dave.

Happy Easter everybody, time to get the Vettes on the road.

Yes answer phone is common , but it works, if you do choose to leave a message Steve has never failed to return the call promptly, been very happy with the service i have received from them. Took my front suspension down for them to burn out the old bushes and replace, took my laptop sat in their showroom and worked while they did it, always nice guys to deal with.
