When you say left side im guessing you mean the drivers side ?... See i had the chip changed and the fan is now cutting in earlier which is good but i believe i should also change the fan switch too to a cooler fan switch or do i not bother because the ECM is in control -------------------- go on then small dick pass me

The switch operates that fan only, independent of the computer. As noted main fan is from the computer.
