Redundancy sucks..... '79 Vette for sale.

Well as of yesterday, I have been given notice of redundancy. Hoping it will be a good thing and the start of something new.....

On a downside, I have to be sensible and after crunching some figures, the Vette has to go ( as will Pams '69 VW Karmann Ghia but I havent told her yet! )

I will stay on the edge of the scene as I have done for some time recently but if anyone knows of anyone looking for a project then please feel free to post here or send a PM.
Details of the car are on my site, www.mycorvette.co.uk and whilst I know Im not a member and possibly shouldnt post this last bit, ( please edit or delete if needs be Ben ) Im looking for £3500 firm.

Part of me is excited about new prospects but part of me is bricking it wondering where the hell we will get the money to pay for everything. Any advice appreciated.

So sorry to hear this bad news jotto.

When that project car thread came up the other day I only thought to myself that you'd be along any minute with a post....

I've been made redundant twice myself, so I wish you all the best luck in the world in getting a new job, hopefully as soon as, so maybe you can hang on to your projects.

As you say, stay positive and see it as a new start, something will come along.

Thanks guys, appreciate the kind words and sentiment. I went for an interview today and am pretty confident I did well.

Just looking at what my options are right now. Im in a good place.....financially up the crapper but hey ho! lol.
