If you check out the forums both here and worldwide you will see that the Japs do send a lot of their vehicles abroard for the very reasons he mentions ie draconian testing regulations and a lot of higher milage cars. ( which are few ) Having said all that. The pics you posted show a manufactured 94? is that right?.

The Service label (itemising the RPO codes) should be on the inside of the center console cubby lid.
