Alloy Wheels for 1961 Corvette

I am after some alloys for my 61 Corvette. Its complety standard / stock at present. I have heard that the only wheels that will fit on the car are a 15x6" with 3.50" backspacer.

Either an American Racing 100 Series Classic or the Cragar S/S

Does anyone have a set for sale?
Or anything else that might fit?

Thanks.

You don't need restrict your self to 15" wheels and tyres - go up to 17" or 18" diameter remembering to calculate tyre aspect ratio to keep same overall tyre diameter - ride quality may suffer - handling will improve!

Where abouts are you based? I have a set of 15x8" wheels with a 4" back space for sale although not yet advertised, if you are local enough to east sussex you are welcome to try them on for size before purchasing. They were fitted to my C3, but I eventually ended up going for bigger, stickier modern rubber even though I prefer the look of the higher profile tyres, they suit a Vette better than modern rubber (imho).
Let me know if you are interested, I can email pics if you like.
