I would like to stand for Chairman and / or PR however I can't attend as I will at about 35,00ft somewhere over the Atlantic at the time of the meeting. I am guessing you need to own a Corvette to be Chairman......or possibly two?

This is all very kind, but, at the moment life is a bit too "interesting". My wife has been taken ill. Hopefully nothing too serious, but we hada bit of a fright a fortnight ago, and she's not too clever at the present, although much better than she was. We don't yet know what's wrong, or how long it will take to sort out. So, until the picture is a bit clearer, I don't feel I can commit to a greater workload for the club.
However, unless someone else really wants to have a go, I'm happy to stay as Midlands Region Rep, and carry on organising events around the area, to which any and all are welcome to come!

Hello Everyone.

As discussed with some of you recently please accept this email as my confirmation that I intend to stand for the Membership Secretary role when vacant 28th September.

Some of you know me already so for those who do not please ask them for their thoughts on this matter ... As some of you are aware I cannot attend the AGM (apologies in advance) so would ask in my absence, that I be voted in at the AGM for those of you who wish to. Thanks.

I am also happy to continue as one of the Sussex reps for the next 12 months.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.

Best Regards.

Lee Rogers

Sussex Co-Representative CCCUK.

STOP PRESS
Apologies for the short notice, but the role of Club Secretary is now vacant. This is a key position and there is a lot more of interest associated with it than just taking minutes.
Please form an orderly queue....................
