Corvette Fame 2022 is a way off but there will be a CCCUK trip to the event in 2022 (travel restrictions permitting).

There has already been a lot of interest from Club Members, so I am starting a list of anyone interested so that I can keep you up to date once we start arranging travel and hotels. No commitment and no deposits needed at any stage. Just express your interest here, PM me or send an email to Chairman@corvetteclub.org.uk

I may try to add on a couple of extra days so that we can visit Andre Boer's massive Dutch Corvette Collection (but I haven't asked him yet!!)

I purchased my first Corvette C5 coupe this year.It was previously owned by Martin Petch a Fame attendee of previous years..

DFDS ferry booked, Fletcher Hotel booked (albeit for one night only) so won't manage Corvette Collection, but hopefully canal boat trip etc. Just awaiting confirmation from Grand Hotel Voncken, that they have a wooden sprung dance floor and The Proclaimers on their playlist, before confirming that booking😉 Seriously excited about this trip now!

URGENT UPDATE - HOTELS SELLING OUT

In the trip details (which have been sent to anyone expressing an interest in the trip), I mentioned that Valkenburg can get very busy hotelwise. This has turned out to be the case already, and the Voncken Hotel in Valkenburg have asked us to return any unsold rooms back to them. So far we have 16 CCCUK Members booked across two hotels.

My purpose in writing in to give you the heads up that, if you are coming on the trip, please book the Voncken before next Friday 25th February which is when our reserved rooms will be on general sale to the public.

It is with regret that due to lack of interest, the first part of this trip (which included the visit to the Corvette Collection) has been cancelled.

The rest of the trip which included the Corvette Fame weekend is going ahead with around 20 members are booked in.

Please note that the due to demand for rooms, our option for rooms at the Voncken Hotel has been cancelled by the hotel, so early booking is essential for anyone else interested in the trip before the rooms are sold to the "public".

This event is only a few weeks away. Most CCCUK members are staying in the same hotel where we have unexpectedly had a double room become available. If anyone needs accommodation for the weekend please let me know.
