Just a general question, who are the best peple to deal with now regarding GM Auto Boxes now that American Automatics are no more?

Don't know if they are the best, but I got Allcar Transmissions in Chadwell Heath to rebuild mine last year and it's going fine at the moment.

What about getting parts? Looking on line I believe I have found out what the issue is and it will be an easy fix. If I can get them in the UK without having to ship from the US would be preferable. I've checked all the American specialist over here but no joy

Have you tried Rockauto? They normally deliver within a week and their shipping prices are usually quite reasonable. What parts do you need?

I need a 1-2 Accumulator and Pan Gasket and Filter. Has anybody dealt with JPAT in Somerset?

I had my TH350 rebuilt by Midland Automatics in Kettering , Northants . They were the `go to` specialist recommended by a local American car workshop that sent all their auto trans work there . That was 5 years ago and still running fine .

Worth at try , they might just supply parts for you . Also try CM Frost ( aka Top Speed ) in Wellingorough , they are US car parts specialists and run sun very mean cars of their own .
