Hi guys, here trouble-land again!! Now my C3 1975 has Rear MonoSpring problem. Now I`m having difficulty to put a new one under it. I have a spare fibreglass lift but I can't use it. The parts warnings guide suggest that maybe I have a 1978-79 differential cover, so any 1975 parts are going to be a problem.
My question is.... can I swap my actual 1979 diff cover with the original 1975? The two share the same type of case? Cause, I prefer spend 100£ for the cover from a salvage yard than another 600£ for a new spring that could fails me again!
