My thanks to all who have emailed me to advise they are attending, as you know due to high demand, Beaulieu are now running a waiting list.
For all of you who applied and received an acceptance you should now be in possession of your tickets and instructions on how to enter Beaulieu and by what time.
Gates open at 0730 and close at 0930, all participants being asked to stay until the last demo run at 3 pm, entry to Beaulieu is via Lord Montagues private drive using the postcode SO42 7YG. Do not use the Museum entrance there should be plenty of signs.
With quite an early start and people coming from various areas, if you are interested there will be an opportunity to cruise in, the meeting point will be the Coach and Horses Pub in Cadnam and the meeting time will be from 0800 to 0815. This will allow us to cruise in and arrive in reasonable time. If you wish to go directly to Beaulieu then no problem, for those that wish to cruise in please let me know.

I am attending both days so the above instructions are the same for both days, sadly for me my ZR1 has not quite made the MOT so I will be using the Volvo, so look for a white Volvo C3 at the Coach and Horses.
I am attaching a copy of the Supercar Instructions that you should all be in possession of, in talking with the organisers I could not get any info on our exact display area, but can say that there are plenty of Marshalls inside, However based on last years experience, please take great care on manoeuvring your car, especially when reversing, last year one of our members made contact with another car.
