chrome plated wheel refurbishment?

When i had my C5 Z06 i had the wheels stripped then powdercoated.
Had a light sand blast then coated, didn't take the copper off though.
The local chroming guy was a bit of an arse, took some persuading just to strip the chrome, that's why I went powdercoat.

Are these them? Ad says forged aluminium polished to a mirror like finish:

Alloy Hub did a great job on a set of knock off wheels for me. Don't know if they work with chrome but it can't hurt to ask and they do mention 'shadow chrome' on their website
