Hi,
Can anyone help advise where I can acquire a 1970 Front cross flag emblem in a SVG File.

I am putting flooring down in my garage and have the option of including a logo but it need to be in a SVG file so that it can be enlarged without distortion.

I have been searching the internet with limited success, so just thought one of the CCCUK may be able to help.

Thanks in advance

Gary

I think I would be tempted to pay the £3.50 or whatever it is and get one of the downloads from Etsy if its for your garage floor, I've had mixed quality results with converters in the past but you might have more luck than me.

The other option I guess is to ask one of the AI tools to make you one.

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

I found a copy of a user manual online and took a copy of the front page which looks like it may work.

Thanks again!

Kind regards

Gary.

Out of interest, which garage flooring are you using and where you getting it from? I want to do my garage floor at some point, but something always pops up to steal the money I saved to do the floor.

I some years ago I laid nterlocking plastic tiles on my garage floor. They were originally a rather boring blue but are much more interesting now, decorated with patterns of oil drip 'graffiti'. ;)

Heres a couple of pics...
They weren't cheap but its just so much nicer lying on tiles under the car than concrete it was worth it to me...

Hi,
Looks good, hoping mine turns out looking half as cool! Yes, not cheap, I got mine from Duramat, they do Garage Packs which work out a little cheaper, but they were about £7.00ea per 500mm x 500mm tile in a variety of colours, plus you can add images of your choice, for additional cost.

Update on the C3 Cross Flag Logo in a SVG File, I thought I had found one but the quality was not good enough and starts to Pixilate when enlarged.

I have spent a few hours looking without much luck, I found one and downloaded a software called Inkscape (used for SVG files) but I cant get the file uploaded Aarggh!

Was hoping the CCCUK would have a copy a SVG file i could acquire?

If it pixelates when enlarged its not a true SVG but an SVG file containing a bitmap file, unfortunately we get that a lot from customers. We ask for an SVG and they bung some jpeg or PNG file in a converter and it doesn't do it properly it just embeds the bitmap in an SVG container.

I just had a go with ChatGPT for you but it came out with rubbish unfortunately.

Did you try the Adobe converter mentioned previously?

I have only tried Inkscape so far. this is a world i am not use to I live in Excel:geek:. Never worked with SVG or similar before.

I have not tried the Adobe converter as yet.
