1997 C5 fuel lines

A bit of a long shot, but I don't suppose anyone on here knows were I can get a set of replacement fuel lines for a 1997 C5, or has some they are looking to shift in the UK?

Basically I am looking to get these corroded connectors replaced (see pic) I have found the following on Rock Auto, are these what I need? Any advice would be appreciated.
