I am shocked

I must say I love everything about it EXCEPT for that front bumper. Put a standard bumper back on, and re-install the popup lights and that is amazing. Fab paint scheme, sidepipes, fat tyres, engine and supercharger sticking out of the bonnet.

I'm with you on that one. The front bumper doesn't sit right with me but the rest I quite like. Just bring those rear wheels in a bit and back under the arches and it's sorted.

I’ve never liked blowers poking through the bonnet, which was a very popular thing on custom/show cars in the 70’s.
The paint jobs were fantastic, so colourful and wild. Always loved side exhaust.
I am indeed a teenager of the 70’s I’m afraid.

Hood clearance is a serious problem on C3's. Even with faux L88 hood and Edelbrock Performer RPM I have been forced to use a shallower air filter to fit under the hood. Old school Gimmy blower with bug catcher inlet sitting on top runs a huge risk of being higher than roof of car!

I wouldn’t like seeing that monstrous thing poking through the hood while I’m driving. A nice straight forward view is what I like while driving.

I'm with on this one Paul. I have always been a bit OCD on having anything in my sight line on the dashboard, even tax disc holder had to be tucked away in the bottom left corner of the screen. Rear view mirror (if adjustable) out of forward sight line. I won't have phone holders, sat navs on the dash top.
I detest the current incursion' of touch screens and LCD/LED displays 'intruding' towards your line of vision and effectively 'forcing' drivers to divert eyes off the road to find/operate essential controls. A Tesla or one of the Chinese copycats would really irritate me. If car manufacturers voice recognition software works glitch free......that fine - ok with that.
