I only have lap belts fitted at the moment is it possible to fit normal inertia reel belts is there a fixing for the top belt ? Never bothered me in the past driving without seatbelts but at seventy feel a bit vulnerable. Thanks in anticipation for your replies.

I had a set of three point inertia reels fitted to a '65 coup replacing the lap belts. I can't remember exactly where the upper fixing was only that it was below where the convertible part would be so maybe yours will be OK, it was secure enough for the MoT test also. DART in Penshurst did mine although they are long gone sadly.
You could possibly fit a pair of 80’s GM belt guides to the seat behind the chrome trim. Depending on your interior you should be able to find something that matches, or just stick to black
I have a set of 3 point belts that came out of a convertible but I never fitted them to my coupe . We are on a road trip at the moment in New Zealand and back the end of Feb . I will dig them out and get some pics to you if still required.
