Hi all.
What do I need to re-tax the car.
The car is registered as an Historic vehicle, and the new V5 details this. My tax reminder states that there is NIL to pay.
Do I still have to take my V5, and the V112 in lieu of MOT?
This is my first re-taxation under the new regime so I am not sure what to take

As Nassau suggests, since you have both a V11 reminder and the V5C, only one of which is needed, it's very simple to tax the car online - just go to the DVLA website.

But do you need a V112? If so, you can’t do it on line

If this is the declaration form then my experience is that the Post Office looked at it then returned it to me. They had no interest in it. Not bothered with it since. Renew my tax online.

There’s some small print online to the effect of “I confirm I don’t need an MOT” that’s all the form says too.
