Good info, a must read for those generation owners. I must have been one of the lucky ones, had a '97 and a '01, had no problems with either except normal wear & tear.

I agree, Norm. I had a 2001 Convertible, a 2003 Convertible and a 2003 Z06. No problems except the all too common steering lock failure. Problem was that we were at Le Mans at the time. Ho Hum.

Once things settle down on the new website, perhaps we should make the link a sticky?
