top notch as you would expect from CK. One very happy man with a very loud vette.
I went for the full fat 2 1/2 sweet thunder. Just done a cold start with a mate holding sound meter 4 ft away 106db at idle 118 at 2.5k. She’s loud. See how it goes for a while May tone it down to 2 inch.
Not sure on the exact cam spec as it was a while ago but it was specd to still allow enough vacuum for the power brakes and headlamps. Still running in but feels strong on short sharp bursts to 3KVery nice !

I drove it to Stonham and back yesterday. Wasn’t too bad once on the move and above 50 . It does sound great but I think it may be just that little bit too extreme for me.Has the ringing in your ears eased yet?
it’s pretty extreme, more so I think at the lower end of the range maybe that’s cos you’re not moving so fast . What silencers did you use in the end to get yours down?
