I think doing anything to the now iconic 63 SWC causes the purists to have nightmares.

When the “new” 64 coupe came out, people removed the split windows and replaced them with the 64 single screen to make the car appear newer.

My friend had what he thought was a 64 for years before he checked it out and found it was actually a 63 . He was a happy boy then.

Did you notice the display screen in the centre console? Multi-function perhaps, it’s showing an image of the engine which is useful. The lower screen looks like the stereo or climate control….It’s got some tech going on there for sure.
