Assuming it is the stock fitting (side post) then Tayna are hard to beat. I went with this one for our '78

On kentvette's recommendation, I also bought that one from Tayna. Came quickly & fits & works perfectly.

I believe that 68 - 69 had top posts, but Ross may have more knowledge. Likewise I think from 70 on, side posts.
