C3 stereo/speaker issue

With ignition on speakers sound great as soon as engine is started there is crackling through all 4 speakers! Any advice please?

Could be not using the Resister type of sparkplugs, they should have an R in the model stamp on them
Without that type, the noise would be sent through the electrical system and picked up by radio
Or a grounding issue such as for condenser (or it is degraded) of distributor

Thank you for your reply. Do you think a inline resistor would work?

I still would assure the correct R type sparkplugs are used
Check the ground wire going to engine block and frame is clean and tight
Check the ground for antenna is clean and tight
Else add a noise suppressor, lots of types out there for example :
