Having posted the pic I was about to say I quite like it; but the general consensus seems to suggest I'd be wise to keep my head down....

Not quite the same thing - without the extended rear deck, fenders and bow tie windows this look quite 'elegant'..............

There have actually been quite a few C3 'SportWagon' conversions from proprietary kits...

....some more successful than others. Possibly the best integrated being that by John Greenwood....

Chevy actually had a go themselves with the '54 Corvette Nomad

It didn't look too bad from the front....



....but rather lost the plot from the rear.
