The West Sussex region of the CCCUK meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month and the December Xmas meeting is on the 12th at The Coach & Horses, Arundel Road, Worthing, BN13 3UA. Try to arrive before 19.30 hrs.
The Coach and Horses are offering a Christmas Fayre Menu (3 courses for £29.95pp) at

The menu has conditions such as pre-booking, deposits and payment in full before the evening. This is a common way for things to be done. However, this year I will not be organising the group meal. Instead, if you wish to order a full Christmas Meal you must arrange it yourself direct with the venue (as on the link above).
The good news is, that the manager has suggested that we can order a festive roast dinner from the 'normal' menu on the night. The only ask is that we give him at least 1 weeks notice of potential numbers so they can prepare enough food.
This offer will make it much easier to satisfy all of our different needs without deposits, pre-orders etc. To be clear, you can order from the 'normal' menu choices too (eg maybe you just fancy a burger)?
Therefore, if you plan to join us and wish to enjoy a festive meal, please register your intent with me ASAP.
