Disabling ABS

With reference to a C5 for sale on E bay uk, The vendor claiming that he has DISABLED the ABS, how does one manage this ?????

Pull the fuse or the plug to the ecu. Won’t pass an MOT and not a good idea as far as I’m concerned. The only reason to do it is that something isn’t working properly.
