Do these look Stainless sleeved? Im wanting to go with "O" rings but need to confirm these are ss first? Thanks

That looks like someone has shotblasted it, I’d be surprised if you can get a proper seal.

If it’s as rough as it looks it’s neither is going to seal, it needs new sleeves.

They do appear to have been 'sleeved' - but as has been pointed out the surface is so poor that they won't seal irrespective of whether you choose stock lip seals or 'O' ring seals. Even if you were to get them to suitable finish (think of a surface ground finish) they would then likely be oversize. Probably best biting the bullet and buying a set of re-manufactured calipers (with 'o' ring seals).

Best price for re-manufactured s/s lined calipers is Rock Auto - but they only do lip seal as far as I can tell
