FTC wants to reel in Dealers screwing over the vehicle buyer

Attached is an FTC PDF as trying to pass federal law to stomp on the dealers that for last 3 years are so bad asking up to over $100,000 over sticker
and screwing people over putting down money for early deposits only for dealer later to screw people out of that money and demand even more money
