Help urgently needed

Hi everyone I am a newbie and was pleased to buy my first 1979 c3 a couple of weeks ago

I Was expecting something in better condition but I fell in love with it and purchased it knowing it needs some tlc

On further inspection I found alot of issues:

No heater matrix or internal fan blower it seems this has all been removed

Os exhaust manifold blowing

No horn

Os break disk has a flat edge... Wheel may have fallen off at some point

There is a misfire in the engine somewhere

Earth cable on engine corroded

Carbon monoxide entering the car via missing ventilation system

Fuel line is sitting on the manifold... Could leak and potentially explode

The dealer was kind enough to take the car back and said would fix the issues

My car has had an aftermarket crate engine fitted so would be around the 350hp mark and you could really feel it... Since then however I have found a mint example in black for the same price so I took it for a drive, it was nice but just didn't have the oomph of mine

Now I'm in a dilemma do I keep mine and fix the issues over time or go for the slower but cleaner black one?

Any help would be really appreciated and thanks in advance

Get the black car, looks nicer and the Air Dam Vettes (80,81,82) are more desirable!

Important item to check on a C3 is the Steel Structure for rust
Chassis, Birdgage and Windscreen frame
Check those out first it may colour your judgement
