As Chairman, I probably shouldn't recommend anyone, but I'm sure others will, no problem.
However, I feel that I should make you aware that the Club has a number of insurers offering discounts to Club Members. Deatils of how to join can be found on the homepage.

Whoever you end up going for, check the Policy wording beforehand, especially the paragraph that refers to Airfield use. We were with Adrian Flux and their Policy, at that time, specifically precluded the use of your car anywhere on an airfield, including any 'ancillary'roads', even the road leading to the cafe on our local Airfield! As a lot of shows etc. are on Airfields, just make sure that you will be covered. Now with Classic Line and covered for everything!

I have my C3 and another Classic insured with Trinity Lane through Adrian Flux. The 'small print' relating to airfield use currently excludes cover if the car is being used in restricted areas of airports or airfields (we will not pay any claim involving aircraft within the boundary of the airport or airfield).
I take the operative word there to be 'restricted' i.e. not accessible to the general public. Since Car Shows are usually open to the public this doesn't seem to be a significant limitation.
Both cars are insured for limited annual mileage and are garaged at night. The quote from Adrian Flux was the cheapest I found.

Was with RH Specialist Vehicle Insurance for years and couldn't fault them. Had the misfortune to breakdown in Belgium one year and they were fantastic. Believe they were taken over by Hiscox Group and in my opinion the prices went up. Switched to Adrian Flux about 2 years back and not had any issues.

RH vehicle insurance was started by Robert Hiscox ( founder MD of Hiscox insurance group) as a separate company. It was then amalgamated into the Hiscox group.

Best advice is to make sure all the small print is like for like with all quotes you get , I was with Adrian Flux for a while with my Marcos as they were recommended my the Marcos Owners Club and gave discount . Gradually became too pricy even with discount . Some companies wouldn`t even cover me on public roads for charity raising Dream Rides with the Sporting Bears Motor Club .
Classic Line cover everything , no fuss , no bother , and at each renewal the premium has gone a bit , not up like many insurers ! (y)

I can recommend Classic Line having used them for a few years now with my 1980 C3 . You can get guaranteed valuation and breakdown cover at very competitive rates . You will also find several other posts on the forum as someone else asked same question recently .
