Power window

Hi, I need to remove the power window motors. After a quick look, they look like they are riveted to the doors. Do I simply drill them out and refit with bolts? What's the recognised way?

That's what I did

Simply drill ththe rivets, however the regulator has to be in certain position before it will come through the access plate

Cheers, I didn't want to drill them out and then find out they just unclipped or something like that, as I useally do.
