Anyone else watch the latest episode? At last the programme gives up desperately trying not to be Top gear and gives in with the trio cavorting around Scotland in Yank Tanks in a program redolent of past TG specials. It has its moments but it's half an hour too long and it's getting hard not to see the 'lads' as pretty well past their use by date. At four times the budget of a Top Gear special it's not easy to see where all the money went; with it's rather disjointed 'plot' perhaps most of it ended up on the cutting room floor...... The scenery's not bad though.

I havent seen it.. just saw the preview and an article by the Sun about the previous owner of the Buick being horrified at what theyve done to it, allegedly he didnt know he was selling it to the tv program.

Has anyone watched Clarksons Farm? I thought that was very good and would recommend.
Although it still had various typical Clarkson (no doubt set-up) predicaments, it was much more enjoyable than the daftness that both TG and GT have become.
He buys himself a Lamborghini tractor and his Dakar Bentley 4x4 makes an appearance.
