Cyclist tried to cut me off at a roundabout and I couldn't flip him off because he followed behind me obviously on the left and my hand couldn't reach high enough!

Not an issue really James - simply wait for the opportunity and whe he comes past you on the inside (which they invariably do) you're at the right height to stick your left arm in the spokes of his front wheel and have him send him skywards over his handlebars........
