Before build begins has anyone got a windscreen, back up lights and black door panels for a 67 convertible? Any wind screen frame sections?

The rear window has split from the vinyl at the top edge. Is there a proven adhesive for this or is the hood scrap?C4A75608-6EC1-42C5-9150-33583B6AC1F0.jpeg64CBA32B-7A8E-4CE9-84EA-69A41C1C9B00.jpeg

I guess so but the rest of the window is or was bonded in. On the window side is a 1cm wide black strip That has peeled away from the white vinyl. I’m not keen on the white but it’s good except for the window, seems a shame to scrap it And it’s not bio degradeable!

When new, does the white vinyl attach a) "over" the window around the perimeter or b) edge to edge, if you see what I mean? Recently been helping a neighbour fix a (black) soft top. where the glass rear window was detaching from the soft top at the top of the window. On that one, the edge of the soft top around the window attached to just the side edge of the window. Couldn't replicate that at the top of the window without removing the headlining inside the car. So just stuck the detatching soft top edge on top of the window around the perimeter. Used clear Bostik contact adhesive (extra strong). Working fine so far.

Answer : a. The clear window is about 1cm larger that the white vinyl aperture so Bostik extra strong can hold an edge it should hold with a 1cm contact. Thanks for info. 👌

Losing my way already flitting from one job to another. My turn to cook so this was how I left the rear suspension tonight, a bit bare And resting on a skate/wheel and brake disc. ”don’t try this at home”. It will go up on the lift tomorrow.63035F68-B18E-4AFF-BF83-DC1348CD0CB8.jpeg67ECF72F-3705-44DB-B77F-90B293EC957D.jpeg

Getting jobs done whilst listening to TV reporting on US elections. I’ll bet my rear axle is finished before it’s done and dusted.

Rear suspensions are boring and to401A9B5B-3097-4943-9ED9-66F91A73D625.jpegmorrow I get to shim up new wheel bearings.... The rear drive shafts stripped look too good to paint.
