Good grief! What a load of tosh! The whole page is summed up by the line in the Corvette section - "What fatal flaw is responsible for Corvette’s atrocious safety record? The driver." That pretty much sums up most cars in the US doesn't it!?

One could be forgiven for thinking that C6Z06's fall in to the 'dangerous' category - the numbers of these (pro-rata to those originally registered in the UK) and that have 'gone off road' and been written off presumably due to driver error...........

But on the other hand you could say the Z06 is the safest because it is so much more capable of stopping or steering out of danger compared to a lesser spec car in an identical situation.
