I used to chat with Barry a fair bit when I was magazine editor Pete. We shared a background in commercial/domestic lighting. Haven't spoken with him for a few years now - but PM me a phone number and convenient time and I'll tell you a little more on Saturday.
I'm guessing this is the Colin Shepherd we are talking about (he's in the middle). This was at the NEC last year, he won Classic American car of the year with his stunning 1959 Buick, he did talk about owning Corvettes previously. Came across as a really nice bloke.

If I remember correctly I think XLT 2 is on a blue C3 owned by Brian Arnold? down Bournemouth way, he used to be the South Coast rep when I first joined I think. Rich Rogers would know for sure.
