ZipPay - has anyone used or heard of him?

Hiya all. Too good to be true scenario or a scammer......
ZipPay ( Facebook page name) says he has corvette c3 1969 427 390hp oil pan for sales. Pictures look great condition and everything I need. Based in Scotland. However I don't just want to send money and nothing turns up...Just can't afford that to happen.
Have any of you heard of him?

Yes that is my thoughts aswell. As I made the mistake of telling him what county I lived in. And Scotland is furthest away as possible.
I have seen Scott from Corvette Kingdom but not sure if it will fit my BBC 427. The dipstick needs to be on passenger side.
Its funny how I can't find one in USA but Zippay has a 68 and 69......

I've seen an image Capt - huge gouge on the underside - perhaps weakened/created a stress point where a future speed hump could cause it to burst perhaps.

Don’t any of the major corvette parts suppliers in the US have one ?
Cranes corvette in CA keeps a lot of used parts, especially the rarer items. Pro team in OH is possibly another source of an original part.

I attended USA car show in Maldon yesterday and caught up with the Corvette Essex guys and have obtained a number of contacts to try. . So I am adding your suggestions to this list thank you.
