Corvette kingdom would be my best guess. If not a stock item, might be best to order direct from one of the major corvette suppliers ie corvette central, ecklers? paragon, Zip etc

Corvette Kingdom as Nassau notes - also try Customville, they keep some surprising stuff - Rock Auto list two ignition switches - nor sure if it include key (no money though)

Have you thought about just cleaning the original switch? They can get a build up of crap from arcing for over 50 years and a clean up can get them back serviceable unless it's busted..
