I have been offered a C2 Corvette that I have been chasing for many years so one of my current has to go to make room in my garage. I will offer it to club members first before going to the open market.

1965 L79 327ci/350hp coupe in Nassau Blue paint code FF matching the trim tag. Interior 450A = W+B also matching the trim tag.

The 327ci V8 features hydraulic lifters, a four-barrel Holley carb, 11:1 compression and a stroke of 4.00 x 3.25 inches developing 350hp at 5,500 rpm and 360 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 rpm

Complete body off restoration photos of which are in the file and some at the link:

Numbers matching although the diff may have been changed.

4 speed manual.

Highly optioned with power windows, power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio & power antenna.

Seats recovered in white leather and have custom made sheepskin covers.

Wood steering wheel.

Disc brakes all round (first time in 1965)

Brand new tyres all round including a reduced size black wall spare to fit the tub. Wheels balanced.

Brand new wheel covers (Corvette America) as the originals were slightly pitted but they are included in the sale.

New non resistor spark plugs.

New 2 ½” exhaust tips.

New battery isolation switch.

Corvette Enthusiast magazine article.

Practical Classics magazine restoration article.

Huge pile of receipts.

Original handbook.

There is zero rust on this Corvette as you would expect following restoration but also due to the quality of the work. The chassis with just a quick wipe is like brand new and the finish flawless. I have 4 post lift so underbody inspections are welcome.

The handbrake needs adjusting.

Light scratches on the inside of the rear screen.

Mileage showing 70k

£75,000.00

I'll get it on the lift for underbody photos at the weekend and add running video.

I'll do my best to answer any questions promptly and provide any specific photos requested.

Stuart

Going to Kent tomorrow to finalise the deal on the '66 L72 big block so this needs a new home. £70k plus change will take it away and put a big smile on the new owners face. These things are only going up in value but I just don't have the garage space for another one.
