I bough a pair of 2008 C6 seats a while back, I ordered a power harness from Vette Works in the US late April.
It took a while to come, waiting on plugs,
but it's all you need to get two power seats working in a one power seat car.
It took about two hours maximum to fit them including taking the armrest out to run the wires under the carpet both sides.
The carpet already has a cut in it to feed the wire under and out in the middle of the carpet under the seat.
I retained the C6 seatbelt receivers, just had to cut off the stud on the outsides to clear the interior panel in the C5.
I think they look good, they have a bigger range of movement than the originals and are more comfortable.
