2005 Corvette C6 Z51 6 Speed Manual 3LT £19,995ono based just outside of Cardiff
I am selling due to buying a Viper at last and I don't have space for both cars sadly.
I have owned this Corvette since November 2021 and have enjoyed a couple of European road trips and many other days out with it. All the big ticket maintenance items have been done in my ownership and I'm sure the Corvette specialists will vouch for how well this car drives. It has 60k miles, extensive history in the UK and a clean Carfax in the USA. It will come on the original plate HD54 VLF
The car is a Z51 model so has the bigger anti roll bars, shorter gear ratios & engine oil cooler. It also has many additional options, equivilant to the 3LT. HUD, dual zone climate, bose speakers, compass in rear view mirror. I have made the following tasteful upgrades:
C6 Z06 big brakes
Apex Racing EC7 wheels
Complete C6 Z06 exhaust with switchable mild/wild
Corbeau Evo X Corvette specific seats (original electric ones included)
Varam Ram cold air intake
Dyno tuned by Wortec 458bhp
LS7 clutch with Fidanza aluminum flywheel and tick master cylinder
Upgraded metal harmonic balancer
Bilstein B8 shocks
Proform valve covers (again originals included)
Infirai LED tail lights (original lights included)
Column lock bypass completed (can give problems on C5/C6 when it fails otherwise)
It has a clean MOT to run until 24 July 2026. If I was keeping the car I would replace the brakes and pads soon as well as take care of some paintwork. One wheel has a light kerb mark. There is a chip in the right rear fender just past the door and crazing on the right rear bumper, both done anonymously whilst the car has been in a car park.
I have a replacement reman ECU and body control module available separately.
2026:
Brand new Falken tyres and new tyre pressure sensors
New spark plugs and spark plug wires
Fresh oil and filter
New GM starter motor and battery
2025:
Complete replacement of air conditioning system with GM genuine parts
Harmonic balancer replacement
2024:
New LS7 clutch, fidanza aluminium flywheel & tick master cylinder. The master cylinder is a quality upgrade and has lovely pedal feel. The clutch and flywheel are nicely lighter than factory without being too much.
Complete torque tube rebuild with new bushings and bearings.
Remote clutch bleeder line fitted
Sump gasket replacement
Corbeau Evolution X Corvette C5/6 specific seats with vetteworks seat modules (telescoping steering wheel and airbags remain functional)
Bilstein B8 shocks and Moog drop links
2023:
C6 Z06 big brakes refurbished in yellow
Apex EC7 wheels
