My Dream would be a Double in built Garage lol but it’s not to be
…. But it’s quite large for a single (on a your Std New home the doors are 6’6” this ones 8’6” with a 1” L and 2’ to the R behind the Nibs) my Honda CBR600RR lived on the right …. You can see I lined it with a large Rug

It’s very similar I had an A6 C6 …. Two Z06’s an C5 Z06 and the C7 …. There’s just 20mm difference the Z06 & ZR1 being slightly wider
I had the STD C6 years ago when a ZO6 breezed by me in Helmsley and that was me Sold ….. it had so much more ‘Road Presence’
The ZR1 has that Road Presence … it’s Low …
Very Wide … and suitably Sinister 😆

Even better/You're right it is expensive. Had 1/2 front end, sills and mirrors Xpel PPF on my C6. Was speaking to someone this week with PPF all over their extremely shiney Alfa 4C. He also has a ceramic coating over the PPF.

The Xpel PPF is allegedly "self healing." Pour warm/hot water over it to heal any scratches in the film. Maybe the other brands too?

Very nice car ! Just changed the wheel on my C6 Z06, just be careful tho, my airbag wasn’t sitting flush and when I checked, the sprung plate the airbag sits on wasn’t tightened down probably after the refurb. It might be the photo but yours also looks a little high? might be worth just popping off and giving the three torx head screws a nip up. Air bag doesn’t need to be unplug to get to the screws, I just disconnected the battery again to be safe. Photo below is pre checking the screws.

I thought I’d seen that PPF was ‘Self Healing’
I had no idea it was on …. Once I felt it with my Thumbnail I then checked and sure enough it’s done
Looking at my Wheel I’d done one years ago
When I put it back on I tightened it ‘Tight’
The Airbag has to come off to Torque it to 27lbs so I’ll check those fixings them …
Thanks for that

My ‘ZeeR1’ had a Radio / 6 Disc player …. Ive had 3 C6’s (2 where the Z06’s)
on one of those I’d paid £1350 for a Pioneer upgrade …..This time I purchased an OEM from a 2013 off eBay …. So I set about doing it myself The Sat Nav shares the exact same plugs and sockets
So simple switch … you do need a Sat Nav antenna off EBay … when you turn on the ignition a Message box flashes up on the Screen “Theft Lock activated” …. so a local Garage with a “Tech 2” …. 2 - 3 mins later after a VIN relearn She’s a ‘Winner’
And I’ve ordered a Corsa Extreme 21077 Black …. Cat Back with 4 X 4 & 1/2” Black
“Missile Silo’s” …. (Huge Tips 😆)
Pics to follow
Someone keen on the ZR1 should start saving now …. This car is Superb
