Antifreeze and grease

Hi all
what antifreeze and what grease (for steering And suspension nipples) should I be looking for on my 76 l48 car please

Lithium based grease is the norm for suspension and UJs. Antifreeze originally would have been bog standard glycol (silicate) but it’d be with checking what is in there now.

I know several people (including me) use Prestone. You can get it concentrated or premixed and it's said to be compatible with all other antifreeeze.
