Pattern bumpers under close inspection from what I've seen tend to show dressing/linishing marks under the chrome.

Hmm, my pattern rear license plate surround was shocking on one corner. Dont want to pay hundreds for a bumper and not be happy with finish. The rears were rechromed in the states for under 500 bucks the pair, first rate finish too. Price of chroming here is through the roof nowadays would be nice to see a pattern one in the flesh prior to buying .
