Anyone used speedofix.com in Sarasota ?

Anyone had any dealings with this company in Sarasota ?
They are advertising C5 ECBM repairs for the 1997-2000. I've contacted them twice with no reply.
I did tell them I'm in the UK so maybe they can't be bothered to reply !

Their site is very vague, I know sarasota very well and have never seen or heard of them

Guess we all are in the wrong business as they are charging $440 to change about $5 in electronic parts
plus all the shipping costs

They even state if they cannot fix the unit they still charge $90 for nothing, plus shipping

FYI,
The thread you point to should be pointed out is for 2001-2004 C5s
1997-2000 EBTCMs are a different design, so the above fix is not the same

Refer to the following thread about 2 years ago shows how I fixed the older version
