I think there are a number of people on here who ARE cool enough to theoretically use the Bandits image on their 'sign-in' image (no, I'm sorry I'm not going to name you)........but of course you wouldn't see a 'sign-in' image as the very essence of being 'cool' is actually not needing to use such an image.....and perhaps not even knowing/realising/caring about 'coolness'.

Sorry I have to disagree, cool is Steve McQueen (Actor), Paul Newman, James Dean, they oozed coolness.
Nowadays like the word 'Legend' cool is too easily handed out.
Back in my day I was 6' - 4" 32" waist 21" biceps (basically built like a brick S**t house) wore only Armani and Hugo Boss suits (proper Miami Vice)
I had a dream job as a design engineer working for the MOD on special projects (surveillance equipment and some very secret stuff)
Lived in a lovely house in Windsor and had a pedigree Chow Chow who i trained only to go up to fit women not fugly's.
I used to walk my dog along the Thames dressed in my Armani suit thinking i was Richard Gere (American Gigolo)
I still didn't think i was cool, however now is a different storey. I am better than cool.
My wife says I am twice the man she married (not in a good way) hair is since gone, suits don't fit.
However my grown up daughters think i am the best Dad in the world and my little Dogs sit on my lap and shoulder and love me to pieces, so what really is cool?, I think the second me..... Fat / Bald / Old / Loved by my wife, kids and dogs and very very happy

Yes but McQueen, Newman and Dean whilst admittedly the very essence of cool - they ain't on this forum. Irrespectively an English gentlemen is the ultimate cool person. Wouldn't dream of wearing Armani - he will consider Gieves and Hawkes (for his made to measure suits) a bit gauche and common. If a bit radical he may consider Oliver Boteng nowadays. Shoes if not made to measure on his personal last will be Trickers most likely. Who fits the bill - Bond, James Bond. Probably wouldn't be seen dead in a Vette except perhaps an open C1 in Cannes or Monte Carlo.

Sorry Derek - you have inadvertly given the game away...........I'm afraid you'll never be cool if you've never heard of these!
Bugger - I said Oliver Boteng - should have been Ozwald Boateng - I've just lost a whole series of potential cool points
OZWALD BOATENG
Why wear Tuf or Dolcis or Doc Martens when Trickers will do nicely thanks - Tricker's | The Official Website | The Original Handmade English Country Shoes and Boots

Derek - Adrian is based in Alford, Linc's. For the purposes of clarity and fairness there are other traders 'out there' that club members may recommended. Most of these traders/specialists advertise in Vette News.
