C3 Retro DAB/Bluetooth Radio

Does anyone know of a DAB/Bluetooth radio which will fit a 1982 C3 fascia?

These look like they might, but I'm not sure if there is enough adjustment on the spindles. The dimensions drawing seems to say that the spindle centres can range from 132mm to 152mm, which would be good for my 1978 car, which is 148mm.
