C6 315Mhz vs 433Mhz fobs and RCDLR's

Hi I'm new to the forum so saying hello along with a question for the knowledgeable forum members

I bought a UK supplied 2007 C6 Z06 a year ago and it only came with one fob which I'm a bit nervous about, I was looking to program a new one but the 433Mhz fobs aren't as readily available. Additionally when putting the car into fob programming mode with tech2 to check it goes into programming mode, it doesn't (user error is likely). So I'd like assistance with the following:

1) Is there a cost affective way to get another 433Mhz fob?
2) Can a US/Canada RCDLR be fitted to convert to 315MHz allowing cheap fobs and programming through boot key method as well as Tech2? Or is there much more to it?
3) Is there an existing guide available for programming euro c6 fobs?

Being the 4 TPMS also would have to be changed with the 315 MHz ones if going with the 315 MHz remote controller and check within the BCM settings with the Tech2 to see if any changes from Europe export to the USA version is needed ?

Do a search on this forum as other posts by others buying 433 MHz FOBs
